The 2026 Wenzhou Eyewear Expo runs May 8 to 10. We’re not exhibiting at the show this year. Instead, our factory in the Guoxi High-Tech Eyewear Industrial Park is open for direct buyer visits throughout expo week.
This page covers exactly what those visits look like, what we’re offering for buyers who schedule in advance, and how to get in touch.
Why Visit the Factory Instead of the Booth
The short version: factory visits produce better information and better pricing than trade show booths.
At the factory, you see the production environment directly. You meet the people responsible for quality and production, not just the sales team. You get pricing based on your actual quantities without a booth premium. And if you have a style you want to develop or reproduce, you can have that conversation with the people who can actually make it happen.
The slightly longer version is covered in the other articles in this series. But if you’ve been to a Chinese trade show before and left feeling like you got mostly catalogs and business cards rather than actionable sourcing information — this is the alternative.
What a Factory Visit Includes
A standard visit runs two to three hours and covers:
- Production floor tour: Walk the acetate, metal/titanium, and TR90/ULTEM production areas. See the QC stations. Ask direct questions of the team leads.
- Sample room: Work through current production styles across all material categories. Compare materials firsthand. Bring reference styles or photos — we’ll evaluate them on the spot.
- Pricing and next steps: For styles you’re interested in, we’ll give you pricing based on your quantities and customization requirements. You’ll leave with actual numbers, not a promise to follow up by email.
For OEM and ODM buyers, we structure additional time for design discussions and can have the NDA ready to sign before you arrive, so the design conversation can start during the visit.
What We Produce
Our factory produces optical frames, sunglasses, reading glasses, and blue light blocking glasses across a range of materials: pure titanium, beta-titanium, stainless steel, monel alloy, aluminum-magnesium alloy, handcrafted acetate (including ISCC-certified eco-acetate and biodegradable S70), TR90 nylon, and ULTEM (PEI).
If you have a style you’ve seen elsewhere — at another supplier’s booth, in a catalog, on a competitor’s website — bring it. The majority of popular frame styles use public-domain molds we already have access to. In those cases, we can produce the style without tooling costs and have samples ready in three to seven days.
For genuinely new designs that require new molds, our in-house 3D printing capability means prototypes in seven to fourteen days, not the four to six weeks you’d wait at a factory without that infrastructure.
Pre-Expo Visit Offer
For buyers who schedule their factory visit before May 8 — confirming the appointment in advance rather than arriving as a walk-in — we’re offering:
- Sample fee waiver on the first style you order. The sample fee for one selected style is waived entirely (not deferred against a bulk order — waived). This applies to buyers who confirm their visit before the expo starts and place a sample order during or immediately following the visit.
- Priority prototyping scheduling. Samples ordered during or immediately following an expo week factory visit are scheduled into our production queue ahead of post-expo requests. If you’re working toward a specific launch timeline, early scheduling matters.
These offers apply to pre-scheduled visits only — not walk-ins during expo week.

A Few Things Worth Knowing
Slots are limited. We limit the number of visits per day to ensure each buyer gets focused attention. We run three to four visits per day during expo week. Once those slots are filled, we can’t add more without compromising the quality of each visit.
Sample fees are refundable. Beyond the pre-expo sample waiver offer, our standard policy is that sample fees are credited against your first bulk production order. You’re not paying to evaluate us — you’re making a deposit against an order you intend to place.
We communicate in English. Our international sales contact, Mimi, is fluent in English and handles all communication with international buyers. You won’t need a translator for the factory visit or any subsequent business communication.
Third-party inspection is welcome. If you prefer to have an independent inspector review production before shipment, we accommodate that without additional process complications.
What Buyers Who’ve Visited Say
The consistent feedback we hear from buyers after factory visits during expo week is some version of the same thing: “I got more useful information in two hours at the factory than in two full days at the show.”
That’s not a coincidence. It’s the difference between a marketing environment and a production environment. The factory visit is where sourcing decisions actually get made.
We’re looking forward to meeting you in May.
