2. 4-Stage Wood Tumbling: 60–70+ hours in birch/beech chip barrels. Coarse-to-wax polishing cycle delivers mirror-like luster with zero mechanical marks.
3. Chiller Flash Freezing: 8°C–15°C (±1°C) instant cooling during bending and hinge embedding. Locks shape instantly — no spring-back, no bubbling, flush joints.
4. In-Process QC (AQL 2.5): ±0.05mm CNC tolerance, hinge alignment, Four-Point Alignment test (<0.5mm variance). Defects caught and reworked at every stage, not just final inspection.
