What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQ starting from 300 pairs for most products. For OEM/ODM custom orders involving new molds or special materials, MOQ may vary. Small first orders encouraged to test quality. For ODM projects that need new tooling: acetate 500 pcs per model, metal 800 pcs per model, injection-molded 1,200 pcs per model, with a new mold fee from $1,000.
How long does it take to get a sample?
Standard sample turnaround is 7-14 business days using 3D printing technology. Complex OEM designs may extend to 14-21 days. Sample fees are fully refundable on bulk orders.
What materials can you produce?
Metals: Pure titanium, beta-titanium, stainless steel, monel, aluminum-magnesium alloy. Plastics: Handcrafted acetate (ISCC-certified eco option + biodegradable S70), TR90 nylon, ULTEM (PEI).
Do you support private label / OEM branding?
Yes, fully. Custom designs, logo engraving/printing, branded temple tips, retail-ready packaging, NDA signed before any discussion.
Can I visit the factory?
Absolutely. 8,000sqm facility in No. 555 Mayu Avenue, Mayu Town, Ruian, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Video tours also available. Email or WhatsApp to schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T wire transfer and PayPal. Standard terms: 30-50% deposit before production, balance before shipment. Flexible for long-term partners.
What certifications do you have?
Eco: Eastman Acetate Renew carries ISCC certification. Biodegradable S70 available. Quality: Internal QC before shipment. Third-party (SGS/BV) inspection welcome.
